The mild temps continued throughout February making way for one of the busiest Chowderfests on record. We got just enough snow for a fun sculpture on Broadway and just enough cold for some beautiful shots of a frozen Saratoga Lake. But overall, it seems like Saratogians spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying this warm winter.
