Classic American comfort food with an emphasis on using local and seasonal produce, and house made ingredients. We purchase our products from small, locally owned specialty purveyors and our produce and cheese from the Saratoga Farmers Market every Wednesday and Saturday.
Our menu changes based on seasonal availability of produce at the market and is completely inspired on ingredients at the peak of freshness. You can expect tomatoes to be available on our menu as soon as they are perfectly ripe and they will stay on until the last green tomatoes are sold at the market.
In addition to our lunch menu, Comfort Kitchen will have a weekly specials board that focuses on the comfort food that we all love. We want our guests to email, call, tweet and post suggestions for specials based on their favorite comfort food dishes.
