We know, not everyone has the luxury of a relaxing, sit-down breakfast. Most of the time for us, breakfast looks more like a relay race as we scramble about to start our day. If this sounds all too familiar, then you know how clutch a hearty breakfast sandwich can be. Plus, we’re all about ways to alleviate as much stress as possible from our daily routine.

These are the spots making the best breakfast sandwiches in Saratoga.

Not only does Kru have the best coffee in town, but they also have some bad ass breakfast sandwiches. Take for instance, the Big BLT. There’s no room for disappointment with a perfectly toasted english muffin, topped with Sriracha-maple bacon, arugula, spicy mayo, tomato and of course a slightly crisp, fried egg. If that’s not your thing, you can build your own dreamy breakfast sammie from scratch with their list of delectable options. You’re definitely going to want to stray away from downtown more often once you get a taste of what Kru has to offer in the breakfast sandwich department.

Another great option for a quick breakfast on the go is Saratoga 5 Points Market & Deli. Not only do they have breakfast all day, but they probably have the best prices too. A basic breakfast sandwich with two eggs and american cheese on a hard roll is just $3.30. Their breakfast burrito with two scrambled eggs, pepper jack cheese, sausage, roasted red peppers and onions is only $4.30. With value like this we really don’t ever need to make breakfast again.

If you like horse racing and breakfast sandwiches then Spring Street Deli is the place for you. Located on the east side a few blocks from the Oklahoma Track, Spring Street is a neighborhood deli with a horse racing themed menu.

You can’t go wrong with the Deli Standard of egg, meat and cheese on a hard roll. Or choose one from the menu named after famous horse trainers who have made their mark during the Saratoga meet. Two of our favorites are the Todd Pletcher (eggs, sausage, bacon, ham and American cheese on a hard roll) or the James Bond (eggs, American cheese, tomato and avocado on a hard roll).
